Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer change of mind exchanges or store credits on full priced items within 10 days of purchase.  Excludes plants and sale items. 

Items must be returned in their original condition.  The cost of the return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and is non-refundable.  Exchanged items posted back to the seller will be at the buyer's expense.

Refunds not available (except for damaged goods).

We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if an item is received damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or refund. Return postage of a damaged item will be at the sellers expense.
